Apartment building for older people, providing flexible apartment layouts that anticipate future adaptation and have the ability to support assisted living technologies. The building creates an extension to the existing street, with communal and private gardens and terraces in behind. The building has a sedum roof, MVHR system, and communal biomass boiler.
